Alright I started new game with the fix on AoD 1.04 been very solid speed and I think I have the Tech Tree research% down for the most part.

Now its June 1936 and have been waiting for the "Z-Plan" to fire off and hasnt. I checked the events see that it should start in 1935 but I dont recall ever seeing the Event show up. I did get the Japanese Advisors help on getting Carrier blueprints that was good, but no Z-Plan yet.

Since it has not fired off, is there a chance it will happen in 1936? Or did I miss the Event cycle now for good? I am sure I could probably manually trigger it but I prefer not to do that.

Any help here devs, modders or community?

You can just leave it.
The Z-Plan doesn't actually do anything. The time and IC-benefits don't materialize because the plus and minus are in the same event canceling each other out.
All you get are 2 or 3 subamrines of your current tech, or 2 destroyers of your current tech, our 2 heavy cruisers of your current tech added to your production queue.
Something you could do yourself.
So triggering it is really not worth the trouble, since you don't actually get anything.

Well true about the Ic benefits cancelling themselves out, but I was sure I got blueprints for BB, BC and CA's. Very first game I played I remember having the blueprints for surface fleet. I chose to do a balanced fleet when the option came up and think that is why I got the blueprints, but dont know exactly for sure on that. Blueprints alone are worth more for me then putting the ships in que but it was nice to have 4 CA-7 and 2 BB-IV ready before July 1939 and the start of war.

Eh no biggie though guess I will just que them my self later in 1937. Thanks.

Could find it, but i thought those came from accepting the Naval Treaty with bRitain baout the 35% limit.

Looking at the initial event, it looks like it has a random chance of firing every 7 days beginning July 1935. So it should have fired by 1936. (it has a 30% chance of firing every 7 days). It is dependant on event 344519 firin for England. Which is dependant on the German/English naval treaty which happens on 18th June 1935. You do have to accept this though so if you accidntly hit no, you don't get the plan. It does give a few free ships. But I believe it's mainly to ensure that ai Germany builds a navy. I usually cancel most if the builds anyway.

It is annoying because I approved Z-plan in the first place but refused to build any ships in events coming later. But these events seem to repeating - for example, I have already had CV lvl 1 building event for three or more times and it is 1940 now.

Hi

For the next revision all z-plan units will have special values in cost and time
