As a Dutch player with over 1,000 hours in EU4, I would love to see the following events implemented for the Low Countries.
  1. 1337 – Hundred Years’ War begins
    • Flanders caught between France and England due to wool trade.
    • Political instability grows in French-aligned cities.
  2. 1345 – Death of William IV of Holland
    • Succession crisis in Holland and Zeeland.
    • Power vacuum leads to internal strife.
  3. 1347–1351 – The Black Death
    • Heavy population loss throughout the Low Countries.
    • Long-term urban decline and rural labor shifts.
  4. 1350–1490 – Hook and Cod Wars
    • Ongoing civil war between factions in Holland.
    • Cities (Cod faction) vs. nobles (Hook faction).
  5. 1356 – Joyous Entry in Brabant
    • Early constitutional document limiting ducal power.
    • Recognition of urban autonomy.

Reactions:
My pre-Republic early modern history is a bit fuzzy, but I remember that water works already started in this period. Even under traditional feudalism, political relations became more egalitarian between counts and commoners, especially due to the high level of expertise required on behalf of farmers who drained the lands.

Anddddd maybe something with…??

1363 – Philip the Bold inherits Burgundy
  • Beginning of Burgundian expansion into the Low Countries (sets up future unification)

This probably won't happen without major railroading. The current Burgundian dukes (who are inheriting quite a few French counties) weren't famously infertile to justify it.

1345 – Death of William IV of Holland
  • Succession crisis in Holland and Zeeland.
  • Power vacuum leads to internal strife.
He died in the battle of Warns (close to Stavoren), when he tried to invade the Frisians.
This event should depend on whether they are in war with Frisian Freedom and their army losses a battle (and in the 8 years in between didn't get an offspring, perhaps he should get an fertility debuff).

1350–1490 – Hook and Cod Wars
  • Ongoing civil war between factions in Holland.
  • Cities (Cod faction) vs. nobles (Hook faction).
I really like this one. This event should be activated when William IV dies, since these wars where about the righteous replacement for the county of Holland.

My proposal are focussed on Frisian Freedom.

During the Hook and Cod wars there was a similar event happening in the Frisian Freedom called the "Schieringers en Vetkopers" (1350 - 1498). This was a civil war in the Frisian Freedom between two factions. During this period the Frisian Freedom goverance system crumbled, events that resulted from this are:
1. East-Frisia became a self rulling county with the House of Cirksena as rulling dynasty (IRL this started at 1466).

2. The city of Groningen assimilated itself into the Frisian Freedom and removed from the rule of Bishopric of Utrecht (which already had low control over the city), and tried to get a central position in this country.
- The Ommelanden saw protection during this time period and Groningen could provide this, which gave the city a lot power over this region. (IRL this was between 1366-1382)

For the second event you need to redraw the locations of the province of Groningen. The current location Groningen needs to be split up in 'City of Groningen' (Groningen) and Winsum. Winsum needs to get some land from Appingedam.

One other event I had in mind is an environmental event, that pop-ups several times. There where several big floods that swawolled land and turned into sea. Like the St. Marcellus flood in 1362, which created Dollard (east of Groningen) and sank Reiderland (old Frisian area). These events could bring devistation to the affected locations. There were more of the floodings over the Low Countries.
