Events for / EUIV conversion of the Carolingian Empire?

I haven't played CK2Plus in a long time, and never since Charlemagne came out. So I have a couple of newbie questions about that.

Are there any special events for the Carolingian Empire after it is formed? Looking at the mod files, the only events I found through a cursory search were the ones testing for the stability of the empire / vassals going independent after a new Emperor is crowned. Are there any others? What's the difference between playing the Frankish Empire and the Carolingian Empire in this mod?

Furthermore, what does the Carolingian Empire convert to when you try to transfer it to EUIV? I did not find it in the nations table of the CK2Plus version of the converter. Is it possible to convert it at all?

Events after the Carolingian Empire has been formed specific to it? No idea and unless there were ones in vanilla I doubt it
The difference between the Frankish Empire and the Carolingian empire are relatively simple: The Frankish empire can be formed by anyone with enough power while the Carolingian can only be formed by the Karlings, other then that not much different in gameplay

And I have no clue about at EUIV
