it seems as though the game loads, whenever i try to satart a new scenario and load it, HoI drops me back to the desktop. I am at a complete loss as to why. It only worked once for me and that was it. i do not know if i turned something off or just entered the game differently :(

oh yeah i have 1.06 of the game ver. and i didin't have this issue before. plus i really like this game so could someone, anyone please reply:)
 
Okay let's try some standard things.
1) Rename the AVI folder to AVI_back
2) Set the color depth to 16BIT
3) Turn off everything in the background like E-mail/ICQ/Messenger, Virus protection and everything in the system tray beside the clock.
