How is this calculated? Looking at my POP needs it says they use fruit, livestock etc...but i dont have all their needs in stockpile. What determines if they get their daily needs or not?

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
They buy it from the world market, no need for you to stockpile it. So they need money, and that your nation has a high enough ranking to get dibs on rare goods from the WM.
If they have the money to buy it, they will buy it from the world market, they don't buy anything from youre stockpile, but you can sell it to the world market.
