I can continue but there are many graphical bugs and lines going up into the sky.

Additional Information​

I've verified steam files and reinstalled the game. I've also wiped the Cities Skylines 2 folder in appdata and started new saves. I also have updated my graphics drivers to latest I'm using an RTX 3080.
