I have put food in my family... but never on it... Well maybe once or twice but that is a bit private and I am not sure we are good enough friends yet to be discussing such matters. And Mart, who wrote that poem in your signature. I just looked it up and it isn't bad at all but I have never heard it before.
it's a "Bushism", like "doodies" for duty, and this one:
