Evil Monarch event bug no more. All fixed, all due to Winterhound bloke who worked hard and well. Part thanks to Suvarov bloke who hosted file. Why not recognition of this magnificient work on this forum? All who read this and have not already fixed horrible rotten thing go and download and stress levels will fall away.....

Oh I see...just read the proper thread on this and am enlightened. Still a great fix - stopped playing EU because of this bug. Of course IGC rescued game from oblivion in first place. Heroes all.
