Excel file missing ?????

I try to start a normal campaign, 1936.

I chose soviet union.

When it read scenario it telle me an excel files is missing and then I have 3 options but all lead to stop the game.

I had trouble to update to 1.3

And now it installed but it dont work.


What is this shit ?

Try to reinstall. Read this for howto uninstall Hoi2.
