Exception crash

While playing as King of Ireland in 1104 the screen froze and when i tabbed out and checked the log I got this message

######## EXCEPTION: 0xC0000005 at address: 0x0058A6A6: ACCESS VIOLATION read attempt to address 0x00000214

SymGetLineFromAddr(): GetLastError = 126

StackWalk(): GetLastError = 487

Is this common? How can I resolve the problem. Playing DV by the way. Thanks

I dont have that patch installed. That may be the problem thanks
