Description​

I joined another country in a war on a country between us. As a result when the war ended my army was on the eastern side of their land and thus became exiled when peace happened. After a couple months of peace I joined another war, but can no longer control that original army since it is still exiled from the first war. It is stuck and does not return home so I cannot use it for a front.

Steps to reproduce​

Join a war with another power against a country in between you two.
Have your army win the war on the eastern side of that country, but do not take any of the western provinces
end war
---> now Army is exiled and wont return home

I'm having the same problem. In my case:
1) Join war to support Kandahar against Kabul
2) At war end, 1st and 2nd armies are in Kabul.
3) 2nd Army (in the southern part of Kabul) returns home fine, marching past the 1st Army.
4) 1st Army is stranded.

Even after a subsequent war, it's still stranded.
