Please gather both these two informational files, and attach them here:

DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

[Epic location]\Cities Skylines\Cities Data\output_log.txt

I can't see what is causing this from those files I'm afraid! None of the usual suspect AFAICS.

The crash is in:
0x00007FFE2E59107C (EOSSDK-Win64-Shipping_o) EOS_Platform_Release
which seems to relate to the Epic client. What if you unload Epic then run cities.exe directly from File Explorer? What exactly happens?

Wow It's worked actually but still can't open on Paradox V2 Thank you

If you own any DLCs, are they loading okay when you run the game like that?

In this folder are some .log files:
C:/users/{userName}/AppData/Local/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2/
Please attach them here.

To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

I think you are in the wrong folder. It needs to be exactly C:/users/{userName}/AppData/Local/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2/ !

It only show these

Can you answer this please?

The launcher problem seems to be here:
2023-06-03T17:15:59.970Z (pid:23248) error [GameHandler]: Launching game failed VError: Failed to start a game executable: Launching game failed: spawn Cities.exe EACCES
EACCES is permission denied.

- exit the Epic app entirely
- run EpicGamesLauncher.exe as the Windows Admin user
- run the game from the Epic client

Does our launcher start then? If so can you start our game from it?
