Experiencing issues with crashing after Toxoids release? Try this first!

If you're continuing to experience crashes after the November 21st release of the Toxoids Species Pack and 3.5 "Fornax" on Stellaris: Console Edition, before making a bug report please clear your empire data and save games and see if these issues persist. We have reports that having many old save games and empires can cause crashing issues under some circumstances.

Please note that this will clear your empire data and save games.

If after following these instructions, your crashing issues still persist, please fill out a bug report and be as detailed as possible, so that our devs can replicate and diagnose the problem.

Are existing saves compatible with the new patch? I tried loading a save from 2 days ago and it crashes to dashboard on Series X.

I'm pretty sure that after every major update your old saves aren't compatible unfortunately

I've run into a game freeze issue with a brand new game. Using Toxoids, with Hive Mind, in process of ending a war with just about every sentient species, and game keeps crashing about 2386.03.xx, just before I can claim victory. Game freezes up, music still plays, and I have to exit to xbox one dashboard. Tried resetting system multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled game already, no dice

Das Bild oben ist vom aktuellen Update und Dlc Erst Kontakt und Paragong ps4 Vision, das ist ein Bug, dazu kommt das die Tropfen der anderen Dlc bis auf Toxisch, Erst Kontakt und Paragong werden nicht angezeigt vor dem Start des Spiels auf Playstation Network. Sonst sind mir keine weiteren Fehler bekannt, nur dass die Gründung der Galaktischen Gemeinschaft sich erheblich verzögert hat, was mir erstmal nicht bekannt ist.


The picture above is from the current update and DLC First Contact and Paragong PS4 Vision, that's a bug, on top of that the drops from the other DLCs except for Toxic, First Contact and Paragong are not displayed before the game starts on Playstation Network. I'm not aware of any other errors, except that the founding of the Galactic Community has been significantly delayed, which I'm not aware of at the moment.
