So...Elaborate what are we looking at? Treaties, of course, but what are in those treaties?
I only know that, after the new update, small countries love giving away all their income for an obligation, as dumb as that is, and it is a good money, but not THIS much money.

Hmm, I'd rather continue testing the exploit first. If developers ask, I'll explain exactly what's behind it. Maybe someone else will figure out the exact same thing in the meantime. I shouldn't be surprised.
We're not really asking "what's behind it", we're asking "what do you actually mean".
