exstreme save loading times

my save takes forever to load, it gets the map just fine and correct in the preview but just isn't able to load me into the game in a reasonable amount of time (42 minutes last time I let it sit)
it's installed on an SSD, I really run out of any options to speed it up.
the save is over 200 years in if that helps but it loaded just fine for a while even after reaching 200+
autosave works fine, manual saves work just fine too, even compressed ones, and the game runs perfectly once loaded
Another weird behavior is the executions of my male kids that affect title inheritance (maybe because I personally have over 1.4K titles)
3 of them are chilling in the dungeon because it takes literally 12 minutes or so to process ONE of them dying (but not natural deaths, those work fine)
it's just weird and I want to make sure why.

This is likely because you personally hold far too many title. It's a known limitation, going back many years.

I take it there nothing I can do aside from handing them out, right?
and are 800 vassals ok? or will it cause a similar problem?

800 vassals is probably fine, but I hope you didn't enable vassal limits.

and this is ironman too
it's lagging like crazy since I gave away the baronies though, are 800 people hitting THAT hard?
something feels off
