"Extend Regency" notification when not valid

Description​

I have a Queen regent for my underage heir. 1 year before he ascends, I get a popup saying I can extend his regency for 5 years on the court screen. I don't have whatever mod enables that, and there's no button on the court screen to extend the regency.

Steps to reproduce​

Play without the mod to "extend regency". Get a regency. Wait until heir is 14.
