factory-efficiency file?

Hi.

I bought Victoria roughly a year ago. Had a play of it then and everything ran along smoothly. Early in the year, I uninstalled it and put the game away.

I've just reinstalled (+1.03b & 1.03c) it but I am recieving a critical error at the loading screen. It appears I am missing the following file:

db\economy\factory-efficiency.txt

After checking the files, Lo & behold this txt is actually missing! The disk itself is in perfect condition.

What can I do to fix this?

Welcome to the forum. You must install 1.03 before 1.03c. You don't need to install 1.03b (although you can install 1.03c over a properly-installed 1.03b which also requires 1.03 to be installed first). Same basic problem as in this thread.
