Hello there, people of the EU3 forum community! I have decided to finally join the team of AAR-makers and start off with a multiplayer game, for a couple of reasons: first, I kinda enjoy these more than single player, which got to point of redundantness, and second, I thought the idea of making a multiplayer AARs was more interesting, looking at Pewt's France AAR (which you should read instead of wasting your time on this one,if you haven't already that is-Pewt would tear me into pieces in any multiplayer game,he's simply a more experienced player). Without further ado, the first session is going to start next saturday, although it may start his saturday if everyone is there. This is the (incomplete?) list of players, just so that you know what countries I'll be refering to when I use player names:
Basileus – Holland
Napoleon – Portugal
RAG – Morocco
Inferno – Venice
Jacket – Bavaria
Shin – Assam
Seb – Navaraa
Some – Scotland
De10mile/Lunkhead – Milan (coop)
El Marto – Britanny
Hierarchy – Denmark
Mighty – Minamoto
Blogman – Hungary
DvD – Muscowy
FTR – Byzantium
Alexius – Brandenburg
Duke of Bosnia– Aragon
Tudyboss – Teutonic Order

This is going to be an entirely gameplay-based AAR. I'm looking forward to your feedback once this is ongoing (I'm probably going to ask for advice at one point, just because I'm not vastly experienced in multiplayer). Let's get this started!

Quick update, there's another player caled MaximumG playing TO(supposedly someone more 'aggressive', although I didn't plan to play passively either),but it's alright, I got to play Vijayanagar (sorry for you people out there hoping for a good TO AAR). Troll is gonna play the Hansa and mrfair is playing Leinster. That,I hope,is the final players list.

Glad to see some other people are inspired to do MP AARs and I'll be sure to follow. The player list brings some nostalgia; I played with some of those guys for a while before joining the Paradox forums.

Well,it seems that the unexpected happened. On Saturday, I was kidnapped by my dad and he took me to the most barren place on a radius of a thousand kilometers - my granny's house(dun dun duun!). Thus,I was too busy doing nothing to actually play, but fear not! I was given the save, so I can show you what marvelousness the AI was capable of. Let's begin, shall we?

(does anyone have any idea why the picture is so teeny tiny?Imageshack seems to make them much smaller than what they originally are)
So this is our starting point. It is 1419, our country is slightly bigger than what it started like, but at -3 stability,a bit of infamy and at war(a war quite easily winnable I might add).

Religious-wise, India is dominated by hindus. Also caught in this picture are the disputed thrones, none of which are interesting to me.

(this one's literally minuscule, what the heck)
Various ledger shots. I don't like those sliders at all,too much quantity,I'm minting like crazy just to keep it running because of the fleet's maintenance(12 carracks and 11 cogs, not bad,AI,not bad at all...) and the missionary maintenance which hopefully won't last long(embrace me,dammit! hindu FTW!), as well as advisor cost, advisors which I'm currently not really willing to dispatch(lvl 2 artist, lvl 2 diplomat and lvl 3 missionary chance guy which will go away once conversion finishes, but not before that). My king sucks too, but that can only be blamed on fate. n fact,he's so bad that I can't take either one of the two amazing hindu decisions. As always, the AI makes sure that we have an admiral!Hurray for the AI!

Finally, our smallest concern overall, the war. I have no idea what I actually want from it. It's just an aggression war initiated by Gondwana. Not much for me to grab.

First move off the bat is gonna be canceling my two vassals and doing a war of reconquest on both. After that, though,I am honestly not sure. For Hindustan, my only way of getting land, I'm going to need a couple gondwanese provinces, as well as Ceylon's unisolated capital. I a uncertain about the future, as there is no Causus Belli to help me take said lands. If you guys have any brilliant idea, I'd love to hear it, but as it is right now,I don't know how long it will take me to form Hindustan.

This is the current status in Europe. Castille is being taken down, TO is getting owned by muscowy(shame...look where aggression brought him;ironically enough, the war is also caled the 1st Teutonic Aggression :D), byzantium is looking nice, and Portugal seems to emerge as the powerhouse in that area. I'm really hoping for no big clash with them at any point. Until Saturday, though, nothing will happen, hopefully. Stay tuned for the next update!
