I was updating my launcher since it popped up an update reminder, and when I clicked it, the Windows Defender flagged the "greenworks-win64.node" DLL file as a Trojan/Sabsik. I throw the file in the virus total and one of the security vendors flagged it as a malicious file. I know I shouldn't be concerned but I wonder why my AV is acting up?

Paradox Launcher detected as a virus

After clicking on "Play" ("Jouer" on the screen), the antivirus detected the launcher as a virus and deleted it. I reinstall the Paradox Launcher, and got the same issue. Log report from the antivirus in attached files below.
