Playing as the Redwynes in AFFC, so far I've seen the main branch of the Tyrells catch gonorrhea as a whole, and most of their spouses as well, as well as all of the main branch of Oakhearts catch greyscale. No submods.

It is just the way paradox disease works, if someone gets a disease then the rest of their family is also checked to get it as a quirk of the engine.
Really? Never noticed it before with ~700 hours play. I mean, in both cases parents and all offspring caught it.
