These humans believe that the Individual is a microcosmic reflection of the Godhead; that any given Individual is therefore a unique manifestation of the Godhead itself. The evolutionary forces of the universe spin Chaotically unto higher states of Individualism, gauged by incremental stages of self-realization, via Knowledge and Freedom. Cosmic History is essentially a history of this evolution of Godhead as Individual.
Their democratic functions are overseen by a Council of Individualists who ensure that the political system does not devolve in any way detrimental to the People or the Individual. The role of 'proper social-politic' (government,) in their eyes, is synergistic with the Individual -- to 'nurture fertile grounds for the spontaneous development of the Overman, that he may in turn rise and give glory to the State.'
However not particularly militaristic in nature, it must be acknowledged that not all species fulfil their potential as Individuals -- sometimes their own particular evolution becomes stunted, or even degenerative. It is the destiny of Individualistic species to overcome such cancerous life-forms and ensure the evolutionary order of the universe.
