This only seems to happen when I unpause from an event pop-up. Happens ALL THE TIME, though.

Yes, I'm also getting these, though it doesn't seem to have any sort of common element, except for POSSIBLY tech spreading. That's about the only thing I think could be causing it, since I've noticed several times that when reloading(and somehow getting past the crash) I've seen techs spread to a province.

But not all the time, though. As I said, there doesn't really seem to be much of a common element. It is happening whether I have DVIP and TASS installed or not though, so it's not those mods.

Mine is:

Running DV, fresh install, no mods, latest DV patch. I get a crash every time I play, which is very annoying.

The game will "freeze" and I will not be able to move the cursor. The song that is currently playing will finish then silence. I have to hit the windows button to get out of the game. Here is the fatal error I get:

Please report! (more information in log file)

I do not know how to find the log file, I am no tech wizard, I just want to buy the game and play

Is this the right place to bring game-killing bugs to the developer's attention? If so, how long before there is a reply? If not, where should I post my bug?

I suggest that you download latest beta patch from here. And if error still happens you report it here.
