Sometimes I'll have a game where I completely liberated Germany as the FDR. The bad thing is that even though it has all that IC it has the default ai so it wastes all of its IC on infantry and that just really annoys me. What are the chances of making a good ai file for the FDR?

I threw together one in a couple of minutes (changed nothing but Build Scheme) So if G'Kar wants I can contribute it. (FDR No longer build Garrisons, but uses that IC on Mots and Mechs!)

EDIT: I know another workaround. Copy the 1945 AI file, and change the copy's name to FRG_1936, and things should work fine!

And while we are at it maybe a GDR ai-file?

Doesn't have to include much other than build schemes.

GDR and FDR are/were both basically puppets. All they need to do is build a decent air force and few tank/mech/mot divisions.

I am in 1946 in my current SU game and "freed" Europe 2 years ago. I stopped at the exact iron curtain borders to get a pretty historical result (DD-SMEP did the rest).
Now i am pounding Japan and its puppets while building up the armies of my eastern european satellites. Every now and then i reload as GDR and force them to build tanks and mot. The other puppets got pretty good ai files.

Oh: Except for Hungary. They are my only landlocked puppet and focus their research on naval techs! They got two tech teams and both of them try to research pre-war ship designs...

But it's nice to know that the US has an level 8 reactor and at least 2 nukes (with the fission-bomb tech) when you just got yourself your 6th reactor level and one lousy "nuclear waste bomb).

Im in the middle of an nuclear arms race and preparing to bring the world socialism once japan is defeated. Never had a similar cold war experience.

Thank you DAIM-guys!
