Federation transport ship

I can't figure out which ship is the Federation transport ship, I have a mission where I needed 2 transport ships in orbit of a planet and I built two bulk carriers as I figured that must have been it from the options in front of me.
Can anyone enlighten me as to whether those are the correct ships or whether it's a different ship I need please.

I believe you need to armies, embark them, then you have two transports.

Bulk Carriers do not transport Armies. The Armies themselves already have “Transport Ships.” So once you have them “embark” and move off planet, they will board these Transports for interstellar travel.

Click on a planet, bottom right "Armies" then you need to recruit some, then click "embark" that will put them in transports in space above the planet if they dont auto deploy there.

You would have had to have built them yourself. IIRC there is no mechanism that building them or provides them to you.
