Female character wearing veil under crown cannot have veil removed

Description​

The new feature whereby female characters sometimes choose the "vail under crown" look results in the veil becoming impossible to remove. Choosing "no headgear" in the barbershop will only result in the crown/circlet being removed, but not the veil. Trying to replace the crown/circlet with another piece of headgear that should not allow a veil under it (the more elaborate hats or veils from other cultures) will not remove the veil, resulting in a very silly look.

Steps to reproduce​

Find a lady who likes the veiled look.
Have her acquire a title that gives her a circlet/crown over the veil.
Observe that you now cannot remove her veil by any means.

The new veils under crown are implemented as "face items", the changeable category below headgear. Change that and you can remove it (or select from other wonderful veils).

Hello! Thank you for report! As said in comment above, veils under crown are present in category of "face items" (as crown is in "headwear" category).
