I am playing the base version of Stellaris on Xbox, no DLC, and I acquired the Fen Habbanis planet. I have a full population on the planet and all districts built, but these districts are producing nothing. By my calculations I should be getting 210 alloys from districts, 420 consumer goods, 75 society research, and 125 unity. I am actually getting 25 society research, 35 unity, 15 alloys, and 18 consumer goods. Am I not understanding something here? These districts should be producing a ton of stuff and the little bit of production I am getting is from buildings, not districts. Note: the planet is described as an ecumenopolis, but from what I have read, you are supposed to restore it to an ecumenopolis, but I don’t think anything like that came up in game. Unless it was one of those pop up decisions that is immediately carried out. Not sure if this has an effect. Any thoughts?

"restore it to an ecumenopolis" just means clear all the blockers. What do you mean by "full population"?

I have all building slots unlocked and buildings constructed. Not sure if it matters but my empire type is dictatorship, fanatic xenophobe, materialistic. I do have slaves, although I just made them all residents and suddenly my whole economy is much better.

That is why, normal slaves can’t be specialists
