does it primarily focus on just napoleon and his grand army or can you play as different nations from the period sorry i want to know more about the game can someone direct me to a forum to where i can learn more

AFAIK you can play as different nations e.g. also Prussia, Austria and UK. I don't think that there is forum where you can get more information about this
