Cool. I would have loved to play HoI in my international relations classes.

Who would have known I could get credits for invading Russia!

Oh, if only I could have played HOI2 in school as well.

Well, to be honest I think that these games do have a serious educational value, especially for history or political science studies. I learned a great deal about history and "how the world works" by playing games from paradox. It might be a little nerd thing though, but surely people are often quite impressed about my knowledge of history when I talk to them, even history students are and that's all thanks to the games paradox makes! Sadly it doesn't help me with my biology studies. :D

Congrats PI :D

PI games... the best way to take a break during my International Relations reading sessions.

plus, I can tell myself I'm still studying

I used to play HoI2 on my laptop during most of the courses. But sadly no questions in the final tests covered it :(

Heh, I am doing a unit on Geopolitics right now - this would be completely perfect. But I go to a snooty prestigious uni, and they would never be cool enough to allow it. :(

UCLA is one of the top public unis in the USA, so I wouldn't say that snooty prestigious universities wouldn't consider it.

Honestly, they're usually the ones that put out unique classes like this.
