i have read every FAQ concerning how to do this.......i opened my latest save game with word pad and yes, russia was there. however it was about 8 lines log and then went on to POR which i take it is portugal. no BB anywhere. i read where you have to open your countries file but i'll be danged if i can find it. any help? i would REALLY like to not guess when i am taking countries on the EXACT BB rating. thanks....also what does ROTW mean? agian thanks!!!!!! with this forum i am about to actually FINISH a IGC and am 2nd to spain (GRRRRRRRRRR) in 1711 hoping to overtake it.
