Current 'run' I got the stranded (Human) Scientist and soon after found pre-FTL Sol just beyond my borders.

A rare coincidence, but one deserving some special arrangement perhaps ?
Option to return the stranded scientist to her people with consequences for the player and the pre-FTL Humans ?
Though of course there is the 'issue' of how come the scientist from pre-FTL Earth has provided the player's civ with extra techs ?

Isn't the stranded scientist actually an alien and for SOME REASON always uses the human portrait in a bug that has gone unfixed since time immemorial?
