Finland setup in CK

(Since setup errors should be posted here instead of the bug forum.)

After seeing the setup of Finland in CK I would propose the following changes:

1066:
- Rename Soumi to Suomi.
- Move Nyland from Suomi to Tavasts.
- Fix the Savolaks/Savoie bug.
- Make Österbotten independent or make it part of the same realm as Kajaneborg.

1187:
- Rename Soumi to Suomi.
- Move Nyland from Suomi to Tavasts.
- Remove Desht-i-Kipchak from the realm of Kexholm.
- Make Satakunta part of Sweden.

1337:
- Remove the Grand Palaces from Österbotten and Savolaks. :rofl:

Additionally, get rid of the "Voitto", "Usko" and "Toivi" (Toivo?) male forenames for finnish dynasties. Names like those (meaning, Victory, Hope and Faith respectively) were generally used to name childeren in the post WW2 period (ie. late 40s).

Stealing names from Kalevala and Kanteletar would give better results. Oh, and the male name "Lalli" must absolutely be included in the game.

(Edit) AFAIK, the female name "Rauha" (Peace) belongs to the same post WW2 bunch.

Changing Soumi to Suomi is on their to-do list, but typos have quite a low priority over things that acually change gameplay. The Savolax thing is also reported already.

I didn't find the file with the Finnish names, but I remember sending them some from a list of Medieval names. Lalli was naturally one of them, but IIRC those Voitto etc. names were actual Medieval names as well. A name used post WW2 might have just as well used way before.
