Are we going to see any new/changed courtiers and such as a result of the expounding on the pre-Blackfyre era stuff in this book? Just curious. There was some cool expansion to the reign of Jahaerys and the Dance of Dragons even outside what was already published in other short stories

Eventually it will all be included yes but likely not until after a HF compatible update is out.
I figured, wasn't sure if maybe a courtier or two might not get slipped in to that one (because holy moly is Holy Fury a massive expansion mechanically speaking and that's just how long I figure it'll take)

I noticed few things that should be changed based on playthrough I started recently (in 132):
Baela Targaryen shouldn´t be mangled. Yes, she was described as such, but there is no sign that her fight with Aegon left any permanent mark besides burns. Yes in the mod, she has Mangled trait, which makes her unable to have children (which is just wrong, she had multiple) and due to -3 health, she is basically a dead woman even though she lived for decades afterwards.
Morning shouldn´t be sickly. We know that this dragon in fact wasn´t the "last dragon", but instead a normal dragon whose circumstances of death we don´t know.
Iron Throne should not be on Agnatic succession. Baela and later Rhaena were Aegon´s heirs, which is impossible when under Agnatic succession.

Also, I would love to see a bookmark set after the Dance, maybe right after death of Corlys Velaryon and perhaps with events centered around Targaryen dynasty (finding of Viserys in the same style as Stark kids, Baela´s and Rhaena´s marriages, death of Jaehaera, picking of new wife for Aegon if she dies and so on). Plus there could be some events which make extinction of dragons likely in this scenario, making it a challenge for players to keep them alive.

The sheer existence of Alys Rivers and her possible Targ bastard at Harrenhal is hilarious and I love it and it should absolutely be included
