Is there a way to increase the time that fires burn for? It seems they are put out rather fast. I've modified my fire trucks to have lower capacity so that more respond to a fire, however, it would still appear that that single truck can put out a standard building fire in about 10-15 seconds which seems just silly.

Is there a mod or XML change that can increase how long it takes for a fire to be put out?

It is indeed silly. The actual time it takes to put out of the fire is stupidly short. They also all show up as "Luckily it's only a small one". I have to use mods for firespread just to make it more exciting.

The mod isn't really needed anymore. Fires spreading was added to the game with the last patch.
