Soviet Dominated Europe

Note: Most of this will be in the form of someone looking over old news bulletins and such.. And some close up and in action, This is mainly to develop my writing overall, so feedback is helpful

A Man seated himself in a Library in London, he placed his glasses onto his nose, and began reading an excerpt from a newspaper, dated 26/11/45

The "Japan" Meeting
jb_wwii_stalin_1_m.jpg

"Allied Leaders met with Premier Stalin today to discuss the Issue of Japan, with Europe firmly under Soviet and Allied Control, The Rampaging forces of Japan no longer run unchecked, Premier Stalin informed Prime Minister Churchill and President Roosevelt That 6 Russian Army groups had already passed into China, Manchuko and the Korean Peninsula, Manchukan forces had already been forced into their capital, and Japanese forces were being pushed back on all fronts, The allied leaders are concerned about continued soviet expansion but did not oppose the deployment of 2 more army groups, Neither the reployment of Tank Divisions in East Germany.."

The man's face cracked into a smile, he remembered marching into Korea...

Unknown Position, Korea
The ground infront of the stream of conscripts exploded in a flash of light, overhead, Russian aircraft began to dive, destroying the artillery position that threatened the armour now advancing from behind, The conscripts picked up their pace, rushing towards the Japanese bunker, one conscript was different from the rest.. the rest had died or were wounded from a Japanese machine gun, but he was alive, The tank's advancing behind him fired, smashing bits of the bunker away with each shot, but the machine gun carried on firing, downing reinforcements.. He knew what he had to do.. he ran, a bullet penetrated his shoulder, but his grenade landed.. and exploded..

Yes.. those were the days.. The Eastern Front..

Note: Let me apologise now.. the posting gets better when i switch writing styles once again.. well i hope it does.. lol.. but thats a while away yet.. and this thread could get confusing..

January 4th, 1946, Washington D.C.

The President sighed, he looked the map, the blue and other colour's of the United States and its allies was not covering enough.. he picked up the phone he rang Stalin...

2 Days Later, Soviet Forces Were Deployed in East Germany and Switzerland, The President had asked for Stalin to check his expansion and liberate the states of Europe, well, February would hold his answer.

European Deployments of Soviet Forces

The President sat in his office once more, he picked up the phone, and called Winston Churchill, 3 Days Later, British Forces Landed in China.

Beijing

The City Was Quiet, the last japanese soldier had left all but an hour before, on the horizon, the rumble of armour and hundreds of men could be heard..

By the end of the Day, Beijing had been Occupied by the Soviets.

Occupation of Beijing

Moscow, The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics

Stalin Grinned, His forces outnumbered the allies in Europe, the Japanese could not resist him.. the red of his .. socialist empire was expanding, now, all he had to do was escape the shackle of the allies.. and then maybe.. just maybe.. he could show them the light..

June, 1946

June Brought The Soviet Campaign in China to a end, with Korea firmly Secured, The British realized the scale of the Soviet force that could be brought to bear, They cut off any further expansion from Soviet China, and demanded any further gains be ceded to them.

Stalin was furious

"HOW DARE THEY STOP OUR ARMIES, THEY KNOW, AND THEY FEAR!!"

"But sir.."

"Yes! Yes i know.. we must accept this.. for now"

Every Allied action infuriates the premier in some way, and its only a matter of time before Stalin orders the USSR to leave the allies..

But there is one obstacle that keeps him in check..

The American Nuclear Bomb.

Maybe you should scatter your troops a bit... I'd hate to see those 94 divisions destroyed by an A-Bomb.
You should be able to remove yourself from the Allies by editing the save file. Somewhere, quite near the top of the file you should find the lines that say something like this

allies = { ZZZ YYY}
axis = { ZZZ YYY}
comintern = { ZZZ YYY}

Just remove the SOV from the allies line to the comintern line

Indian Independence!
"India, as of the first of September, and the year of 1946, is now recognised by the United Kingdom of Great Britian, Her Territories, and the Commonwealth, to be a independent nation..."

Stalin smiled, slightly, He forgot of the Loss in Hokkaido.. his scientists were getting closer to their goal, then he could challenge the Americans, he had a feeling.. India and China would be the first great battlefield..

With that, he put his pen to paper, and began writing, for a good plan can work wonders..

October had brought shame to the Union, its invasions into Hokkaido beaten back by the Fanatical Japanese, adding further to Stalins uncontrollable rage.. The Americans had invaded Mainland Japan, Taking Nagoya, Nigita.. And .. Tokyo, Stalin demanded results, and he demanded them NOW.

But the Results did not come untill November, Union forces Landed in Kanazawa, Taking a foothold on the Mainland, in even greater news to Stalin and the Union, Nagoya had fallen back to the Japanese, American forces were battling for control of Tokyo, and their last stronghold was Nigita, the americans asked for reinforcements for Tokyo.. but they did not receive any.

By the end of the Month, Multiple Provinces were in the hands of the Soviet Union, Stalin Smiled, Tokyo, was red.

The Current Situation in Japan

December, Siberian Wastelands, USSR

"Well, Grigor.. we did it.."

"Yes Franz.. we did.."

The men continued to stare at their work, now diving towards the ground, where it then blew up, destroying its appointed target, and most of the surrounding area..

"A Flying bomb.."

German and Soviet Scientists had done it, There it was.. It could hit Japanese targets from Vladivostok, but it still needed greater range, for Central America could not be hit so easily..

In Moscow, Stalin smiled at the reports, just a few more months, and the first Nuclear testing could begin.. he would not have a operational weapon that could be deployed ,as it needed to be tested to make sure it worked.. but the Americans would notice the explosion, somehow.

In Good Spirit, he ordered a halt of Campaigns for December 25th, before the Japanese conquest resumed.

Note: Got to love random events! :).

January, 1947

The Scientists Cheered, April 1st it would be ready! Already, technology allowed the first Tritium bomb to be developed, and it would, by April!

Flying bombs had the ability to carry and detonate such warheads, but Stalin needed the ability to scare the Mainland USA from acting, diverting huge funds to Missile Technology, he hopes something can be developed to hit Cities such as Chicago, should the need arise.
