titles to dynasty members - belonging to other courts

in my last game I gave my vassal's son a title. So I expected him to become count of that province and pledge allegiance to me, but instead his father got the title altough the son has the title in the ledger,

weird?

wad or bug?

Bug I think, they're supposed to move to their new home (think there's a line about this in the 1.01 readme) but they don't.. if you kill him his heir will most likely move though..
