Excommunication of infidels

I can't seem to find mention of this, but I've noticed two directly related issues. Number one, the pope will sometimes excommunicate infidel rulers. This probably shouldn't be happening. Number two, when an infidel ruler gets excommunicated, they then get claims taken against them by catholic rulers, which also probably shouldn't be happening. :)

I think that (in the current patch) the ai will only attack where it has a claim on a province... At least in my experience in the early years of the 1066 scenario two things pretty much inevitably happen...

Michael Dukas (of Byzantium) attacks and gains the province to the left of Bira.
The Prince of Gallich attacks and gains the province of Belgorod.

I think this might be because these guys have claims on those provinces. But then again, I could be wrong.

[oh, and often the King of Nubia gains the Canaries]

FIXED IN 1.03 :)
