I am contemplating giving them the choice to be a land or a sea power coupled with the cbs and the abilities. You can hold onto everything anyway, you just don't have the cbs anymore.

HRE unification, no. But a bid for supremacy, damn sure yes.

Swabia and Hansa will be the main foes here, more to come in another thread.

Ok, any bright ideas for the screens or other flags? If not, then I will likely have to do this on my own.

I will prolly browse through the GUFSM and Kaigon's Site to get some nice flags.

Scotland, something nicer.

Hanseatic League, same.

Milano/Swabia/Habsburg clone.

Granada, something nicer.

Byzantine revolters for the revolution, being more specific soon.

Ukraine, something nicer.

Colonial revolters, need to check with the colonial revolt file

AND:

Starting screen and maybe help with the selection screen. No idea so far.

Aren't we going to make this mod fully compatible with the EGUFSM?
(that btw, almost made my site worthless... now I have to compete with sprites, thanks BJ! :mad: j/k ;))

Byzantine revolters could use following:

Gidoi Faction - Any byzantine minor family arms will do as shield and flag (meaning, not Doukas, Komnenos, Laskaris, Kantakouzenos or Palaiologos)
Doukai Faction - Doukas arms as shield and flag
Merchant Faction - Crete shield and flag of 1898
Radical Faction - Use normal Greece shield and flag of EU2
 
I fear Robert Bruces shield looks too alike to the UoK intial shield, else great idea.:)

For the Habsburgs possible annex of Milan, a shield using maybe Swabia, Habsburg and Milanese emblems in one could be idea!:)

Actually I thought we stay with the Eu2 default outfit shield wise.
