i noticed that too... but wasn't sure if it was deliberate or not

Is planned to make different flags for British India governments or it should stay as it is now (i.e. fascist flags is for Indaur)?

On ComChi, probably what will happen is if communists lose control, the lands will be annexed back to China or maybe one of the other revolters.

On British India, we probably could use modern India's flags for various revolt flags. Will need to check for Fascist could probably use the flag of Azad Hind the movement started by Subhas Chandra Bose during WWII.

Only flag I'm not sure about would be a monarch flag, but I guess something based off the current India flag would do, or perhaps something with the Indian Coat of Arms worked in.
 
Mumia, that Communist flag looks awesome, but it doesn't really look that communist. It looks more fascist than anything. Though I understand that you have based your fascist flag on a RL equivalent, I still think the jumping tiger is too awesome a symbol to have so small.

Just my two cents!
 
mumia could you stretch out the Azad Hind flag to a full size flag rather than keep it square. I know i've seen in pictures the same flag in full rectangle so it can be that way.

And agree that the communist doesn't quite work well with the tiger.

perhaps red with an yellow wheel of life as is used in the current center of the flag of india, perhaps expanded in size.

That flag is real flag of All India Forward Bloc - Left wing India party

Republic flag probably need remake too. That flag in Victoria representing only Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, not all Cyprus in Victoria more Greek than Turkish.

Modern Republic of Cyprus flag is used in VIP (in vanilla Vicky too?) as monarch flag so we shoud only find new flag for monarchy. It could be something like "Greek Cypriot" flag:
