I would just like to say that you have done incredible work, mumia. It will be a pleasure to turn these hapless states into autocratic, revanchist dictatorships knowing the quality of work that has gone into these flags.

For Venetia, something based off the flag with the lion of St Mark and the blue stripe (about 1/2 down the page of the link)
For Manchuria, something based off of the Manchukuo flag would work
And that should be it.

Excelent work, but i have not seen any mod to the Mexican flag, in the game is the same for monarchy, fascist, communist and republic.
Mexico had two empires, you can get the flags from here.

And about the communist and fascist flags, well, you are very creative, , for sure you can design one.

republic
communist
fascist
for the monarch flag it would be good to use the one at the bottom of this page http://www.crwflags.com/fotw/flags/jp_ryens.html - black with white central design. And then play off of that for the others (Red & Yellow color for communist perhaps, black with white fasces around the central design for fascist perhaps)
