So... I'm still working on more historical accurate flags and shields for VIP and I think I found some flags that need to be remade/fixed on Balkans which could be added to next VIP version:
Croatia:
1. Monarchy
- 1st option - correct colours and proportions, flag of Kingdom of Croatia, Slavonia and Dalmatia in Habsburg Empire (1848-1852) - flag used in previous VIP versions, better in my opinion as Croatia is not full independent nation in VIP (IIRC)
- 2nd option - flag of Triune Kingdom of Dalmatia, Croatia and Slavonia (1867 - 1918) - flag for full independent Croatian state
2. Communist - historical flag of People's Republic of Croatia from 1945 (I didn't find anything from Victoria time period)
-possible to use flag version with bigger red star

I have one question about the Victoria flags... many of the muslim nations, their monarch flags have this flamed / frilled (not a good way to describe it) edge, all wavy, but still a general rectangular shape.

No, I didn't make that flag. I think it's flag made by Paradox and I don't know which source flag they used.Ganon said:
