All those flags were incredible. How do you guys make them in the format that can be used in Victoria? There are a few flags that I want to use. Can someone tell me how to do it? Do I need a special program to design them?
The flag templates can be found in the Goodies folder, which should be somewhere with Your Victoria files. You could use whether Photoshop or Gimp to edit them. Once you start creating flags, it'll get more difficult, but you should find some tutorials on the Internet.Indefatigable said:

Bamum (for republic use Cameroun). The image is from a royal fabric, hopefully it can be useful for making other flags for the state.
I'll try to make them all if no one will make them in next few weeks, but I can do it in late September... I know it's late but still.
I have made before full flags and shields set for Araucania and Patagonia for my own User Defined states in non-VIP version Victoria if you need them (IIRC you plan to add it in future):

Another flag we need variations for
Rwanda (actually an old Burundi royal flag, workable since the victoria province includes both Rwanda and Burundi in the same province).
Nuer (Southern Sudan)

Is the Bamum base flag supposed to be that colour?? Or is it a black and white photograph of some royal fabric that we don't have the original colours to?
Well then... I'm no interior designer, but that is the worst colour scheme for a flag EVER! It's actually horrible! No wonder why they didn't last into the 20th century... they couldn't even afford colours!

Even if the color pattern is muted (and given that some of the natural dyes may have faded over time in the hot tropical climate, not surprising) but the intricacy of the weaving pattern is quite admirable IMHO.
