Flags and banners disappear after zooming in and out.

It seems after the hotfix was released, I am not able to see a lot of the flags and banners that display over the different duchies and counties in my kingdom. This also happens when I switch characters in the menu. It seems to be and issue when I zoom back and forth from paper map to political map modes.
This was all normal yesterday when I was playing but now after the hotfix it seems to have changed something. I am currently playing with a friend and when he hosts the game it is normal, when I host the game or play in single player mode is when the problem occurs.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game as well as deleting the paradox folder with CK3 files in it and letting the game reinstall that. I have no clue what to try next or if this is even an issue on my end. Any help would be appreciated. Also my military banners and siege progress won't display either. I can post screenshots if that might help as well.

I also have not had this issue until today when the hotfix 1.1.2 was released.
I have also tried updating my drivers and multiple times uninstalling and reinstalling the game and corresponding files.
My specs:
-GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 Super
-Processor: Intel Core i7-9700 CPU 3.00 GHz
-RAM: 16GB
-OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit

Another side note is that the banners and flags so not seem to disappear, rather, they seem to become so faint that they look invisible and they seem to pop in and out randomly as I scroll in and out. It's like the game chooses which ones will show up when I scroll in.
 
Here you can see in these three screenshots. The first screenshot is the Duchy of Burgundy yet the flag is very faint and barely distinguishable. I am playing as the king of France so this should be popping up. In the second screenshot I had just scrolled out and then scrolled in again and the flag of the Duchy of Burgundy is now seen. I do not understand why this is happening. The third screenshot shows the exact same problem, yet this time it is the whole country and I am playing as the king, so I should be able to see all of the banners of my vassals!

No real idea on this one, sorry!

Please do a full **clean** re-install:

- move any valued save games elsewhere
- "uninstall" in Steam-CK3
- manually delete both the Steam/SteamApps/common/CK3 AND Documents/Paradox/CK3 folders
- re-install game in Steam, run a Steam Verify when done.
- add CK3.exe to the exceptions list of your antivirus app; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.
- start the game with no mods active and test

In particular make sure there are no files or folders left under either the Steam CK3 or Documents CK3 locations, before installing again.

Ok well I did those things and I have another friend who is having the same problem. It only seems to happen if we open it up for multiplayer or go into the switch character modes. If we stay as the same nation it doesn't happen.
 
Oh really? Even stranger ... but can you clarify what you mean by "switch character modes"?

So when I start the game and I pick a nation the flags remain the same no matter how many times I zoom in and out which is normal. However, when I go to the pause menu and go into the switch character mode to change to another realm, like if I started off as France but now I want to be Hungary, the problem with the banners becoming too faint to see begins and I can't see the banners as Hungary playing as the king or whoever else in the realm. I showed it in the screenshots. It also happens when one of us hosts a game. The person hosting the game has the banners disappearing when we hit the "play" button from the multiplayer menu. Again, I don't think this was an issue until the hotfix came out today.
 
Is it just you seeing this in your MP games? Or other players too?
 
Okay then, seems like a bug! Please make a new thread bug reports forum on the topic (if there isn't one already) . If you can get screenshots or videos demonstrating it, that would be great - thanks!
