Sometimes after playing EU for an hour or so, my screen begins flashing a lot, like a refresh every 2-10 seconds. This also will happen with the editor. If exit and restart it will go away. I thought it might be my monitor, but if I alt-tab into another program it is fine. Switching back to EU it is still doing it.
Not really that bothersome, I'm using a GeForce 1 card, if my video card might have a problem with it.
--edit: also this problem seemed to have diminished when switching to 1.05 from 1.04, but that could be pure coincidence. It still happens from time to time. I do notice that a flashing happens when territorial changes happen(to refresh the map), but sometimes the flashing is so constant that it far exceeds the amount of territory that changed hands during that period.

something in the background is likely to cause such flashing
