Fleet not upgrading

In some of my games all of my shipyards will bug out and refuses to upgrade any, or the majority, of my ships I have the resources required to upgrade them. I’ve tried using multiple different shipyards and even the mega shipyard but nothing seems to fix the problem. I’ve had to resort to rebuilding my ships whenever I need to upgrade a ship. I have tried restarting the game, destroying all of my shipyards, and even a complete redesign of all of my fleet’s ships. Its happened multiple times in both multiplayer in single player. Please help, thanks

What happens when you try to upgrade them? Does they go to a shipyard and have yellow arrows floating above them? Do they take the resources from your stock when you click "upgrade"?

No they don’t take resources and yes they have the arrows

Check that you have enough strategic resources for the components you're equipping them with

Rightey then, I don't know and this does indeed seem to be a bug
