Flickering of the screen

Sometimes my during the game my screen goes black really fast and sometimes its going rapidly... Its really annoying, i didnt notice this before but maybe because it wasnt there but anyway now i see it every time occur. And all i can remember what i changed was a few tweaks on titles which i did myself, but i really doubt its because of that!
So does anyone have this problem too?

I'm sure you would get aid better in Technical Support section as this issue sounds much more like a technical issue than a general problem. A helpful mod might even move this thread there, once one gets around here.

90% of the time this is caused by something running in the background.
A big culprit lately has been Music Match, there are a couple of process it runs that need to be shut dows to stop the blinking. Other apps like an e-mail program anything that access the internet may be the culprit. Shut down everything in your systray to astart with as well and experimant to see what is the cause.

Well i have been lately running a musicshare software whiling playing CK. Its probably that, anyway thx.

I had a bad screen flicker with my old video card: Radeon All-In-Wonder 32MB. After upgrading to an Xtasy 256MB, no problems.

Make sure you have an UTD video driver.

It could just be that your refresh rate changed with the new drivers.

I get screen flicker when I have Kazaa running in the background, so likely your issue is background stuff.

Um all the problems have been solved.

I might notice a flicker every few hours or so. That is, unless you alt+tab right after the logo movies at the loading screen. That makes the screen flicker every few seconds after you reenter the game.

Rename the AVI folder to avoid the intros.
