hello, after having several bugs with HOI DD i have been forced to make do with my good old friend HOI2 which i have not play since i was younger. anyway, i have had this problem with the screen flickering in the game, its extremely annoying, i have tried almost everything i can think of, removing the Bink video (which causes the video not to play)
and changing the resolution and such; it would also be useful to note that my drivers are good, and that since my graphics card can run much more demanding games without this problem i think it may be another damned Vista issue. if you know i can fix this please tell me.
