Floodland & Island Hopping impossible to do on PS4

Hi,
I started the scenario Floodland and Island Hopping but...

look the screenshot it's impossible to do because after 15 game week i lost the scenario
same with Island Hopping
population under 1 should not be selected because i start with 0

At this point I would be happy if they gave us one more update that fixed all the remaining bugs and issues with this game. Fix the scenarios and everything else. Take the time to make this game work properly.

And don’t release that update until AFTER you have extensively tested it to make sure you fixed things and didn’t break something else in the process.
 
They answered my messages with
"Thank you for reporting and share with the community. Our developers are aware of the existing problem and they are working on resolving the issue. Please keep report bugs if you find them, your help is important to improve the gaming experience!"
 
I sent another message to the facebook page.
I discovered another error in another scenario as per message:
"Hello! Once again, I discovered another scenario with a similar problem, it's the "Trains!" (IN PORTUGUESE) (Mass Transit DLC's). The scenario already begins with 0 population and with the requisite lost, therefore impossible to win it. I hope you guys will help."

i know man, the scenario trains have the same issue about the population, the same issue of the others previous scenarios "disasters" needs to look the population.
i din't beat the scenario floodland before the new release dlc mass transit but now i want all monuments.
(nobody has the trophy Totally in Motion Win all 3 Mass Transit Scenarios because is impossible to beat)
