In my reading I have discovered that Florence conquered Piza in 1406, gaining access to its port, Porto Pisano. I have also read that they bought the port of Leghorn from the Genovese in 1421. Would it be possible to make a change in the next incarnation of the ICG to reflect this information? (The source is "The House of Medici: Its Rise and Fall," by Christopher Hibbert). If the change can't or feel shouldn't be made, would you please tell me how I might edit the files to make the changes myself? You help is greatly appreciated.

Yeah, I've always wondered why the Florentines didn't get a port.

Leghorn/ Livorno was a major port and the Dukes were the patrons of the Knights of St Stephen who carried out attacks on muslim shipping much in the same way as the Knights of St John. They should get a port and a few galleys, IMHO.
