I'm not really in to graphics editing... I'm working on my own mod, and have included lots of new graphics made by some brilliant artists (really guys, it's incredible work - especially because I have no idea how u did it
). I find it to be quite a problem however, that the graphics are of such a high quality (yes, you read it correct). They sure looks better than the original, but the flags look terrible when fog of war is on (which it always is when I play).
So my question is:
How do I alter the flag's quality to the level of Paradox's?
(I have Paint Shop Pro, no real fancy programs)
