So I've been working on this mod, but I found that the ai weirdly deletes buildings from provinces that have trade goods that produce food, when they have negative food consumption.
  • Only deletes from rural provinces that have a food producing trade good regardless of terrain type(tested by adding food to earthenware, which the ai deletes)
  • Doesn't happen when area has positive food consumption
This is weirdly counter-intuitive action because the ai reduces the amount of food an area produced even more.

Anybody have any idea how to make the ai prefer other actions first, like importing food trade goods?

Worth reporting separately as a bug regardless
